The president of UPR, Mr. Sidi Mohamed Ould Maham has received today, Wednesday, 8th of February, 2017 in the headquarters of the party, a delegation from the National Syndicate of Higher Education. The Syndical delegation was constituted from various segments consisting of 11 members which included the Office of the Syndicate and the Syndical Council with the presidents of both chambers.
The mission of the syndical council was to deliver a message of congratulations from the National Syndicate of Higher Education to the president of the party for the great achievements and demands that were realized and their gratitude to the positive reactions from the partners towards all those demands which they promised would be following up with. The syndicate has emphasized the tremendous role played personally by the president of the party in finding solutions to these demands in spite of his busy schedule and time constraints. Those achievements, the syndicate asserted were realized through a vision that focused on the cohesion of the educational family in order to guarantee the full-fledged giving of the university professor, especially during this year that witnessed a new reform of higher education. The members of the delegation demanded the continuity of this new method of reform.
The president of the party, Mr. Sidi Mohamed Ould Maham expressed his great gratitude for this very important meeting with the various segments of the syndicate thanking them for their gratitude to the president of the Republic his Excellency Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz and also their appreciation to the work of the president of the party. The president of UPR emphasized that this trajectory of the syndicate would definitely serve its interests, hence were the positive results of the positive response from the partners. The president promised to work with and support the syndicate in realizing all its legal demands within the consultative mechanisms that would guarantee their interest in particular and the interests of the country in general.
